Duties:

  • Propound and respond to discovery, prepare motions, obtain declarations, and assist with all aspects of trials and trial preparation.
  • Utilize civil litigation and/or trial experience to enhance legal representation.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of California employment litigation experience.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California in good standing.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Education:
