### Job Description
* Stinson LLP is looking for an associate attorney to join their Tax Credit & Impact Finance group.
* The ideal candidate should have zero to five years of transactional experience and interest in community development transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTCs), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs), and/or renewable energy investment tax credits (RETCs).
* Candidates with commercial real estate experience, commercial lending experience, structured finance and/or general federal income tax experience would also be well-suited for this position.
* The attorney should have an active license and superior academic performance with excellent writing and analytical skills.
