Share The Paralegal position at Koch Industries in Wichita, Kansas is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1+ years of law firm and/or in-house legal experience in a large volume transactional environment. In this role, you will provide transactional, execution, and legal support as a part of the company's in-house legal team. You will have the chance to work on a variety of legal areas and gain exposure to domestic aspects of transaction execution. Some of your responsibilities will include identifying appropriate legal steps and supporting documentation for implementing domestic and internal finance/legal transactions, drafting and managing filings for internal restructuring documentation, and reviewing transactional legal documents. You will also work with external counsel to facilitate timely preparation of legal documents, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and assist in managing overall transaction execution. To be successful in this role, you should have proficiency with Microsoft Office and at least 1 year of document drafting and review experience. A law degree from an accredited law school and international transactional experience are preferred. Advanced PowerPoint skills and basic knowledge of accounting principles are also desirable.
