Responsibilities: - Conducting legal research and writing, with a required writing sample - Organizing and managing cases with extreme attention to detail - Handling Civil Litigation, including depositions - Welcoming candidates with judicial clerkship experience, but not required - Demonstrating the ability to take on significant responsibility and work well in a team-oriented environment - Possessing high academic credentials from a respected law school Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in professional liability, automobile negligence, and general liability defense - Strong legal research and writing skills - Exceptional organizational skills - Experience in Civil Litigation, including depositions - Judicial clerkship experience welcomed, but not required - Ability to handle significant responsibility and work well in a team-oriented environment - High academic credentials from a respected law school If you are interested and qualified for this position, please submit your resume and cover letter to Allyson Bisland at .
