Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary attorney advising the corporate treasury team on capital markets and securities transactions.
- Provide legal advice on debt and equity issuances, repurchases, and redemptions.
- Ensure compliance with securities law requirements for significant capital markets transactions.
- Review and update relevant capital markets disclosures.
- Handle corporate governance activities related to funding transactions.
- Provide legal expertise on implementing and completing capital markets transactions.
- Influence objectives, plans, and resources for liquidity and funding needs.
- Handle matters with a significant impact on the company's operations, funding, and liquidity.
- Analyze, develop, and execute solutions for complex legal issues.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of law experience or equivalent.
- Active State Bar membership or equivalent in a country outside the United States.

- Strong knowledge of securities and corporate law.
