Job Title: Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

Salary Range: $310,000 - $495,000

Candidates should have a mix of experience in employment or other complex litigation defense, including class and representative actions, traditional labor law, and employment counseling. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to advance their career and work on challenging and diverse cases.

Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team across offices to handle a variety of labor and employment matters
- Defend clients in class and representative actions, single-plaintiff actions, and traditional labor law cases
- Provide employment counseling to clients on a range of issues
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs and motions
- Participate in client meetings and depositions
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide guidance to junior associates

Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in labor and employment law, preferably with a mix of complex litigation defense, traditional labor law, and employment counseling
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Order of the Coif, law review, or clerkship experience is a plus
- Active member of the California State Bar

Salary:
- The salary range for this role is $310,000 - $495,000
- Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience
