Law Firm - Construction Litigation Associate (Orlando, FL)

Law Firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to join their Orlando office. This is a full-time position that offers a very competitive salary, bonuses, and a full benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The candidate must be admitted to practice in Florida, write effectively, think strategically, and have practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as construction, general liability, premises liability, and/or insurance defense.
