Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-5 years of chapter 11 bankruptcy experience
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Utah or willingness to get admitted
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize

- Good judgment, responsiveness, and perseverance
- Strong academic credentials

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the different options available to them through bankruptcy
- Help prepare and manage chapter 11 cases including motion practice, attending hearings, and preparing and confirming chapter 11 plans
- Stay informed of developments in bankruptcy law
- Investigating fund assets and potential fraudulent transfer
- Taking depositions and drafting pleadings in state and federal court
- Work on sophisticated chapter 11 matters

You will be responsible for advising clients on their options through bankruptcy, preparing and managing chapter 11 cases, and staying up-to-date on developments in bankruptcy law. You will also have the chance to work on high-profile cases involving investigating fund assets and potential fraudulent transfers, taking depositions, and drafting pleadings in state and federal court.

We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of chapter 11 bankruptcy experience, including representing corporate debtors, creditors, or other parties in interest in chapter 11 cases. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Utah (or willingness to get admitted) are also required. Admissions to New York, Delaware, Nevada, California, and Arizona will be regarded favorably.
