You will also have the chance to work on high-profile cases involving investigating fund assets and potential fraudulent transfers, taking depositions, and drafting pleadings in state and federal court.

We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of chapter 11 bankruptcy experience, including representing corporate debtors, creditors, or other parties in interest in chapter 11 cases. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Utah (or willingness to get admitted) are also required. Admissions to New York, Delaware, Nevada, California, and Arizona will be regarded favorably.
