Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced Banking and Finance/Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in banking and commercial finance transactions and/or real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various banking and commercial finance transactions or real estate transactions
Assisting with due diligence and closing activities
Researching and analyzing legal issues and providing practical advice to the firm’s clients
Keeping up with legal developments and changes in the law
Working independently and with legal and business teams to complete projects within deadlines
Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional, concise, constructive and courteous manner
