Responsibilities:

Develop a compelling case theme that surpasses any plaintiff ploy for sympathy or anger
Refuse to accept mediocrity, average standards, or norms
Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys
Communicate regularly with clients
Cultivate relationships with current and potential clients
Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys

Requirements:

JD from an ABA approved school
Licensed in the state of California
1-7 years of litigation experience, specifically in sexual torts defense
Familiarity with insurance defense matters
Experience with time management systems
Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Professional appearance and demeanor

proficiency in ms suite, specifically word, powerpoint and outlook
ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision
outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills
