Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects, regulatory audits, and risk assessments
- Establish project plans and milestone dates
- Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations
- Conduct complex investigations and document findings
- Interface with external clients and internal stakeholders
- Conduct audit training and assess audit preparedness
- Consult with clients as a subject matter expert

Requirements:

- BA/BS and 6 years of experience in healthcare, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy
- Legal training or experience researching and analyzing federal or state laws
- Familiarity with laws governing healthcare and insurance industry
- Strong writing skills
- MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred

Salary Information:

- Salary range: $89,460 to $127,800
- Based on location and qualifications
