- GRATs, GRIPs, Private Annuities, Freeze partnerships, dynasty trusts, and charitable trusts
- Business succession planning
- International estate planning
- Installment sales, state domicile and residence issues, charitable organizations, and their for-profit affiliates
- Estate, gift, and generation skipping transfer taxes planning
- Personal tax planning
- Asset planning and restructuring
- Post mortem estate planning
- Gift and estate tax audits
- Estate administration
