About the Role:
- Seasoned, strategic, and business-minded lawyer
- Lead counsel for all corporate matters
- Report directly to the General Counsel
- Ensure compliance with securities laws, rules, and regulations
- Provide legal oversight of quarterly earnings and investor relations
- Advise on all shareholder related matters
- Advise the Board of Directors and committees on corporate governance best practices
- Oversee financing and strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
- Manage subsidiary entities
- Provide general advice and counsel to leaders in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Insurance, and Investor Relations teams
- Lead a small, but mighty corporate team

Compensation:
- Location-specific base salary range listed below
- Actual compensation based on skills, experience, and work location

California Pay Range:
