The ideal candidate will have top law school credentials and experience with IP/patent litigation. Candidates with an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees are highly preferred, as is CAFC clerkship experience. Experience with PTAB disputes is also a plus. ### Salary and Benefits The annual compensation for this position ranges from $225,000 to $345,000, depending upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
