Clausen Miller ., a leading law firm in Chicago, IL, is currently looking for a highly qualified Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule option and requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in professional liability, employment, medical malpractice, commercial transportation, and general casualty defense.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, attending court hearings, and managing case files.
• Represent clients in a variety of industries, including professional liability, employment, medical malpractice, commercial transportation, and general casualty defense.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis and advice to clients.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex cases and appeals.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Maintain a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.

Qualifications:
• . degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the Illinois Bar Association.
• 3-5 years of experience in professional liability, employment, medical malpractice, commercial transportation, and general casualty defense.
• Appellate experience is a plus.
• Indiana and/or Wisconsin license is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
