# Litigation Attorney Law firm is seeking an experienced independent contractor attorney to join their North Dakota team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling civil litigation and insurance defense as well as proven writing, analysis, and research skills. Trial experience is preferred, but not required.
