# Litigation Attorney

Law firm is seeking an experienced independent contractor attorney to join their North Dakota team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling civil litigation and insurance defense as well as proven writing, analysis, and research skills. Trial experience is preferred, but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for sole practitioners.

## Qualifications

* At least 5 years of experience handling civil litigation and insurance defense
* Proven skills in writing, analysis, and research
* Ability to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision
* Commitment to superior client service
* Must reside and be licensed in North Dakota

## Salary Information

Compensation is dependent upon experience and qualifications.
