Experience Information:
- 3 to 5 years of previous law firm experience involving tort, personal injury, and/or complex litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
- Work in an active and dynamic mass torts practice, handling all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial.
- Collaborate with experienced litigators to analyze and strategize how to handle each case.
- Conduct research and apply laws, court decisions, and rules of evidence and procedure in order to defend clients and reach successful resolutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients with wide ranging legal and regulatory needs.
- Work collaboratively and cooperatively with paralegals, legal practice assistants, and staff.
- Travel for court appearances and other proceedings as necessary.

- Excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Pre-trial discovery experience.
