Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in antitrust litigation, transactional matters, and investigations before the FTC and state attorneys general
- Provide compliance counseling and advice to clients on antitrust issues
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree
- Minimum of three to four years of post-JD experience in antitrust and competition law (excluding judicial clerkships)
- Demonstrated experience with antitrust litigation, transactional antitrust matters, and investigations before the FTC and state attorneys general
- Licensed to practice law and member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction where the position is based
