The Quarles & Brady LLP, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a skilled Business Law Associate to join their franchise department in multiple locations including Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Naples, Tucson, Madison, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Tampa, and Washington . This is a fantastic opportunity for a transactional franchise associate with at least 3 years of experience to join a highly reputable and successful firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills, and experience in franchise law.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lawyers and non-lawyers, both inside and outside the firm
- Handle a variety of transactional franchise matters
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Communicate with clients and provide legal advice and counsel

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in good standing
- 3+ years of experience in franchise law
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
