The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with estate planning, incapacity, and post-death administration, as well as knowledge of both Tennessee and Georgia laws. This position will involve working with clients to prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents, as well as handling post-death administration tasks such as probate petitions and fiduciary accountings. The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, and experience in accounting or bookkeeping would be beneficial.
