Position Summary:
- In this role, the Attorney will ensure that clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results.
- They will meet with clients, show compassion and empathy, and earn their trust and respect.
- The Attorney will also provide updates and communicate with insurance companies, as well as attend hearings and other legal proceedings.

Requirements & Skills:
- Full-time position
- 2+ years of litigation experience, with First Party Property Damage experience being a plus.
- Must be a member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
- Experience in evaluating claims and superb negotiation skills are necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving and be a team player.
