Law Firm is seeking a Department Attorney for its Subrogation & Recovery Department in its Miami, Atlanta, or Charlotte offices. Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and handle large property claims
- Coordinate the investigation, retention and management of experts
- Identify potential theories of liability
- Client reporting
- Triage large losses, closing those that are nonviable with client approval
- Identify claims with an appropriate factual and legal basis for pursuit of recovery
- Litigate subrogation claims

Requirements:

- Minimum of four years of experience handling insurance claims, construction claims, or commercial litigation
- Excellent interpersonal, research and writing skills
- A license in good standing in the resident state
- South Carolina license a plus
