**Job Responsibilities**
- Working with venture backed private and public companies through a range of transactions including equity financing, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance
- Representing leading public and private life sciences companies across their entire life cycles including financings, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, collaborations and licensing, intellectual property and regulatory matters
- Managing substantial components of transactions independently
- Advising on corporate governance matters

**Requirements**
- 2-4 years of experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters
- Experience working with life sciences companies preferred
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Comparable law firm experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
