- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Michigan
- 8+ years of experience in general liability litigation, insurance defense, and trucking/transportation and premises liability
- Ability to take lead responsibility in responding to clients and carriers
- Experience supervising and reviewing legal work of Associates
- Strong communication, writing, and research skills
- Legal project management experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload, handling cases from start to finish
- Regularly attend court appearances and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
