Ice Miller is a law firm with offices in Columbus, Chicago, DuPage County, Illinois, New York, Indianapolis, Philadelphia and Washington, . The firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Healthcare Transactions practice group. This position is open in the firm’s Chicago, Indianapolis or Columbus offices.

The ideal candidate will have:
•At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in health care transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, private equity deals and other contractual arrangements (management arrangements, provider services agreements, physician employment agreements, etc.)
•Demonstrated experience counseling health care providers on a variety of regulatory matters including fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine and Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement issues.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Excellent law school credentials and references
•The ability to excel in a team environment
•The motivation and self-starter attitude necessary to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•The interest in developing and implementing relationship-building skills both internally and externally
•The flexibility to work remotely two days per week
