The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience and will be responsible for legal representation for estates through the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts, administering trusts and estates, preparing Federal and state estate tax returns, and preparing fiduciary income tax returns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
