Salary: $174,640-$261,960/year

Overview:
LPL Financial is seeking a talented and experienced Vice President, Assistant General Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for managing contracts for the firm's alternative investment offerings. Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise agreements with alternative investments sponsors
- Act as a primary legal contact for the firm's alternative investment initiatives
- Provide legal analysis on securities regulations in a transactional context
- Support LPL's alternative investments platform and vendor relationships
- Ensure adherence to contracting processes and standards

Requirements:
- with 5-8 years of experience in alternatives investments at a law firm, asset manager, or broker-dealer
- Direct experience negotiating contracts for alternative investment offerings
- Extensive knowledge of securities regulations and FINRA rules
- Ability to make autonomous decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills

Preferences:
- Experience with fund formation and drafting offering documents for alternative investments
- Experience negotiating commercial contracts

Compensation:
- Base salary range of $174,640-$261,960/year
- Actual salary may vary based on relevant skills, experience, and geographic location
