Goodwin Law Firm seeks a highly qualified attorney to join their Antitrust Practice. This role is open to candidates with a Junior, Mid-Level, or Senior Associate level of experience.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Comparable law firm experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
- Experience in analyzing transactions for competition issues and merger control filing requirements, especially with the Hart-Scott-Rodino (“HSR”) Act and implementing Rules
- Experience with substantive analysis, procedural issues, and filing logistics
- Experience in advocacy before the DOJ and FTC
- Experience in technology, life sciences, and private equity transactions
