Key Responsibilities:
- Assist financial institutions through commercial loan defaults, loan restructuring, and associated litigation
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in creditors' rights and bankruptcy matters

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend court hearings and depositions
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Stay current on relevant laws and regulations related to creditors' rights and bankruptcy

Qualifications:
- from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in creditors' rights and bankruptcy
- Strong academic credentials and ethical standards
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in legal research and writing
- Experience drafting legal documents and representing clients in court
