The law firm is seeking a talented and experienced Creditors’ Rights Attorney to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in helping financial institutions navigate through complex commercial loan defaults, loan restructuring, and related litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong academic background, high ethical standards, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
