• Represent clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, such as the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and trial
• Manage and mentor junior associates or paralegals

Qualifications:
• JD from an accredited law school
• 5-6 years of experience in labor and employment law practice
• Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues and to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Law Firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate to join our Northern California offices (San Francisco, San Rafael, Walnut Creek or Sacramento). This hybrid position will provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, and also represent clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. This position offers an annual base compensation range of approximately $210,000 to $225,000+.

The annual base compensation range for this California position is approximately $210,000 to $225,000+. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for this role.
