Finance Midlevel Associate - Law Firm - Los Angeles

We are looking to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate to join our Finance Practice Group in our Los Angeles office.

Job Overview:

• Position: Finance Midlevel Associate
• Location: Los Angeles
• Experience: Significant transactional finance experience
• Salary: $215,000 to $415,000

Job Description:

The successful applicant must have significant transactional finance experience, possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills, and be a member of the California bar. The associate will join our market-leading finance group, with a focus on asset-based lending. Other finance work would include tech lending (such as recurring revenue financings), acquisition and other leverage financings, and venture lending.
