Law Firm Seeking Mid Level Associate in Cyber Insurance Coverage

The Law Firm of Kennedys is seeking experienced Associates with 3-7 years of cyber insurance coverage and monitoring experience to join our growing cyber team. This is a full-time permanent role with a hybrid working pattern, offering a competitive salary range of $125,000-$175,000 annually. The office location is in New York, but we also have a presence in the United States and Bermuda.

Job Responsibilities

- Represent insurance companies in monitoring cyber claims and advising on coverage matters
- Handle all phases of litigation process, including drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery demands
- Conduct research and draft coverage opinions and other court documents
- Attend depositions, court conferences, and handle appeals
- Experience in mediation, arbitration, and/or trial is beneficial

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of law firm experience in insurance coverage and litigation
- Strong litigation background with experience in coverage issues and drafting legal documents
- Ideal candidate would be licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Delaware
- Excellent academic background and communication skills
- Knowledge of cyber insurance policies and other relevant contracts
