This position can be based remotely or in one of our offices located in Baltimore, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, or West Palm Beach. As a member of our Healthcare Practice Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of healthcare clients and collaborate with other practices within the firm to meet their needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 8 years of experience and a desire to join a national team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel to healthcare providers on a wide range of issues, including regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, licensing, reimbursement, and transactional matters.
- Draft and negotiate professional service, joint venture, business associate, and other healthcare related agreements.
- Serve on healthcare M&A deal teams, including assistance with due diligence, regulatory review, and drafting of transaction documents.
- Develop and implement corporate compliance and HIPAA compliance programs for healthcare providers.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare law with a focus on regulatory matters.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a national team.
- Possess a portable book of business.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
