Vast Data is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team and provide legal support with general corporate maintenance, company secretarial services, corporate governance and contract management with vendors and customers.

The Corporate Paralegal will assist in the formation, maintenance and dissolution of corporate entities and prepare related organizational documents. In addition, they will maintain capitalization tables and option records, draft and maintain intercompany agreements, review and negotiate agreements with vendors and customers, research Blue Sky issues and any other tasks as assigned and required.

Qualified candidates will possess a with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize high priority tasks, and a high level of attention to detail are all necessary to be successful in this role. International experience is a plus.
