Steptoe LLP, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 1-4 years of experience to join their Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation, trade secrets, and other soft IP matters. A bachelor's or advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer science is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

- Work as part of a high performing and collaborative team
- Assume immediate responsibility for cases
- Conduct insightful research and analysis
- Write persuasive legal documents
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Illinois, California, New York, or District of Columbia Bar
- 1-4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
