Position Summary:

The Associate Attorney will work under the direction of the Firm’s partners to provide legal advice and representation to clients in divorce and family law matters. The Associate Attorney will be expected to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and skill in the practice of family law.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in divorce and family law matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Negotiate settlements and appear in court for hearings
- Represent clients in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings
- Prepare and present cases for trial
- Represent clients in all stages of family law proceedings
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests
- Work with the Firm’s partners to ensure the highest quality of legal representation for clients
- Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey
- At least two years of experience in family law
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and satisfaction

Salary:
