The Law Firm of Ropers Majeski is currently seeking a Technology and Business Litigation Attorney to join our growing team in the Bay Area, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least eight years of solid litigation experience to join a dynamic and thriving practice. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in any of our Bay Area offices. We are seeking a highly skilled attorney with a background in representing high-technology clients involved in intellectual property litigation and navigating complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent high-technology clients in intellectual property litigation and other high-exposure business litigation matters
- Handle all aspects of litigation from inception to trial, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and legal research and writing
- Second-chair trial experience
- Experience with both state and federal court proceedings

Skills and Educational Requirements:
- JD Degree and current CA Bar admission in good standing
- Minimum of eight years of experience handling litigation matters involving product liability, trademarks, patents, copyrights, and related areas
- Proven experience in the technology sector and intellectual property litigation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $150,000 - $250,000, commensurate with experience
