Job Summary:
Fox Rothschild, a national law firm, is seeking a Tax Controversy Counsel for our Taxation and Wealth Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in tax litigation, with a Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation. This position is available in multiple offices across the United States.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in tax court
- Handle civil and criminal tax controversy matters
- Manage whistleblower claims
- Assist with voluntary offshore disclosures
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis
- Maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required
- Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides
- 8-10 years of tax litigation experience
- Experience with civil and criminal tax controversy preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of tax law and court procedures
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting
- Use of standard office equipment including computers, telephones, printers, and copiers
- Ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods of time
