We offer a fixed fee model and use modern technology and business practices to reduce stress and increase flexibility in our work.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 annually and uncapped bonuses based on performance, with many attorneys earning well over $100,000 and some even earning over $200,000. To qualify for this position, you must have a Juris Doctorate (JD) and be licensed to practice law in Illinois. We are looking for someone who is passionate about family law and has a strong work ethic.
