Key Responsibilities:

- Thoroughly review administrative records to provide the best representation for our clients
- Conduct legal research with accuracy
- Draft persuasive legal memoranda and briefs
- Participate in informal hearings with a strong sense of advocacy
- Deliver compelling oral arguments
- Prepare detailed client reports and maintain open communication to discuss case progress

Qualifications:

- In good standing and admitted to practice law in any state
- Eligibility to be barred at the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and accreditation with the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Exceptional legal research, analysis, and writing skills
- Strong academic background
- 2+ years of experience in Veteran Law preferred, but open to training a candidate with potential
