Clark Hill is seeking a highly skilled Staff Attorney to join our Healthcare team in Southern California. This is a full-time, permanent position with a reduced billable hour requirement. All candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar. Location within Southern California is flexible, but candidates must be available to appear in court in Los Angeles as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of civil litigation experience
Familiarity with medical malpractice or elder abuse law
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing motions and pleadings
Conducting legal research and analysis
Providing legal counsel and advocacy on behalf of clients
Representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions
Handling all written discovery from service to completion
Preparing for and attending trials as needed
Communicating professionally with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $115,000-$120,000 annually
Annual Discretionary Bonus Eligible
Reduced Billable Hour Requirement

## Salary and Benefits

The salary range at the time of posting is $115,000-$120,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill set, internal equity, and market data. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
