LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Willingness to work long hours and travel as needed

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Responsibilities:

• Manage a docket of personal injury cases from start to finish

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters

• Supervise and train legal staff

• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategy

• Maintain accurate and detailed case records

LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Salary Information:

• Annual salary of $120,000 plus guaranteed commission after achieving performance goal

• Sign-on bonus of up to $25,000 for qualified applicants

• Paid vacation, all-purpose leave and holidays

• 401 (k) plan; 4% match with immediate vesting

• Supervisory experience with legal staff
