Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support for Humana's integrated care delivery strategy
- Advise on the application of fraud, waste, and abuse laws to health care operations
- Review marketing materials and community events to promote Humana's primary care and home health businesses
- Counsel on programs to improve health outcomes for patients managing chronic conditions

Required Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
- 5+ years of legal experience in the health care industry
- Active membership in a state bar association
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience working with clients at all levels of a complex organization
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences

Salary Information:

- Pay range: $164,700 - $226,600 per year
- Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance
