Law Firm Seeking Experienced Education Law Attorney (Hybrid) with Competitive Salary Range Opportunity for Two Associates to Join Students and Special Education Practice Group in Mid-Sized Women-Owned Firm DWK, a statewide education law firm, is currently seeking two experienced attorneys to join their Students and Special Education Practice Group. The firm, which is women-owned and mid-sized, represents school and community college districts throughout California. One position is available in the Long Beach office, while the other may be located in either the East Bay or San Francisco office. Interested candidates may be considered for any of these locations. Qualifications: • Minimum of three years of experience in education law • Experience in litigation and/or administrative processes, including handling discovery and preparing pleadings • Additional experience in mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials is a plus • Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills • Previous experience in education law and/or public entity representation is preferred • Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a variety of legal matters • COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: An offer of employment with DWK is contingent upon being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and providing proof of vaccination upon commencing employment.
