The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in various key elements, including 401(k) plans, defined benefit pension plans, employee stock ownership plans, phantom stock plans, stock options, profit-sharing, incentive bonus plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, Section 457 deferred compensation plans, and Section 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity plans.

Duties:

• Provide expert guidance to clients in designing, implementing, and communicating effective benefit programs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in navigating and advising on a range of benefit plan intricacies, tailored for both hourly employees and executives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to employee benefit plans.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze their specific needs and customize benefit solutions accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits consulting or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of various employee benefit plans and their regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of retirement plans, compensation structures, and relevant tax implications.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in employee benefits consulting or related areas (., Certified Employee Benefit Specialist - CEBS) preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with clients.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex benefit plan scenarios.
