Duties:

  • Assist in the preparation and litigation of civil and medical malpractice cases
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents
  • Participate in client meetings and case strategy sessions
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as before regulatory agencies
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys in case development and trial preparation
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients under the supervision of senior attorneys

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, medical malpractice defense, or related practice area
  • Proven experience in managing case files and supporting trial preparation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the New Hampshire Bar or eligibility to obtain bar admission

Certifications:

  • New Hampshire Bar License (or eligible for admission)

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and writing capabilities
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management software
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks efficiently
