The Matian Firm, APC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney to join our premier law firm in Fresno, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an admitted attorney looking to gain valuable experience, grow their career, and work with a team of professionals in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on their legal rights and case strategies
- Attend pretrial hearings and advise clients on best strategies following each hearing
- Manage court appearances, trials, and drafting of motions
- Conduct legal research and analyze potential outcomes of cases
- Manage caseload and collaborate with our Criminal Defense Team
- Accrue additional evidence to support clients' cases
- Prepare clients for depositions and gather information from witnesses and experts

Qualifications:

- Experience handling complex criminal cases at the federal, state, and local level
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

Salary: $95,000 - $118,000
