Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, . is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal for their Nashville office. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program, as well as a minimum of five years of experience managing a large caseload. Previous trial preparation and attendance experience is preferred. This position requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and under pressure with or without direct supervision. Familiarity with computerized databases, document management programs, and online services is also necessary. The candidate must be flexible, have regular attendance, and be willing to work overtime if needed.
