Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, . is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal for their Nashville office. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program, as well as a minimum of five years of experience managing a large caseload. Previous trial preparation and attendance experience is preferred. This position requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and under pressure with or without direct supervision. Familiarity with computerized databases, document management programs, and online services is also necessary. The candidate must be flexible, have regular attendance, and be willing to work overtime if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a large caseload and assist attorneys with trial preparation and attendance
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
- Utilize computerized databases, document management programs, and online services
- Work efficiently and under pressure with or without direct supervision
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Be flexible and willing to work overtime if necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program
- Minimum of five years' experience in a similar position
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Aptitude for detail and ability to work efficiently
- Familiarity with computerized databases, document management programs, and online services
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility and regular attendance
