We are seeking a talented attorney to join our Litigation and Board Ethics, Transparency and Accountability practice groups. This is a hybrid role that will allow you to work on a broad variety of legal matters arising in representing public entities.

Job Title:
We are currently seeking an attorney to join our Litigation and Board Ethics, Transparency and Accountability practice groups.

Experience:
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience, including experience representing public entities in litigation and with governance and accountability issues. Experience presenting before governing boards is preferred. Prior experience representing school districts is a plus.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following qualifications:
• Admission to the California State Bar
• Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
• Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters arising in representing public entities

Location:
Candidates will be considered for the following DWK offices: San Francisco, Long Beach, San Diego, Sacramento, East Bay, Fresno

Salary Information:
The anticipated annual salary wage range for this position is $140,000 – $175,000. The final annual salary wage offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors, including experience, education, and other relevant factors.
