This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Personal Injury Trial Attorney to inspire and mentor a team of aspiring litigators while continuing to handle a caseload of complex personal injury cases. As a Managing Attorney at Zinda Law Group, you will play a crucial role in developing litigation and trial skills within our team of junior attorneys. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team to maximize the value of each case through thorough development and preparation for trial. Utilizing cutting-edge technology and sophisticated software, you will effectively and efficiently manage your team while maintaining a client-focused approach. Responsibilities: - Mentor and train junior attorneys in all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case evaluation to trial preparation - Provide guidance and direction on litigation issues including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial strategy - Work collaboratively with team members to maximize the value of each case through thorough development and preparation for trial - Utilize cutting-edge technology and sophisticated software to manage your team effectively and efficiently - Maintain a client-focused approach at all times, leveraging technology to remain dynamic, flexible, and organized Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Minimum of 7 years experience practicing personal injury law, with a proven track record of success in trial advocacy - Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission via reciprocity - Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior attorneys - Proficiency in legal technology and a willingness to adapt to new software and systems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex legal concepts Compensation & Benefits: - $130,000 - $380,000 per year (based on experience) - 3/2 Hybrid schedule in the Austin office - Opportunities for ongoing training and mentoring - Opportunities to advance and grow within the firm - Contingency fee referral bonus opportunities - Paid time off (20 days) and 10 paid holidays - IRA plan with company contribution (up to 3% match) - Medical, vision, and dental insurance (90% of Medical covered by the firm) - Paid parental leave Company Camaraderie: - Weekly Bonus Award - Team Building - Firm Paid Happy Hours - Charity Drives - Team Lunches - Catered Lunch on Thursdays - Breakfast Tacos on Mondays - Annual Attorney Retreat and Annual Holiday Party in Austin, TX Firm Philosophy: At Zinda Law Group, we firmly uphold the value of every individual within our team, ensuring they have the chance to build a rewarding career both financially and personally.
